About
This position is responsible for managing all building systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, maintenance and repair of various equipment, as well as strong communication skills.
The Building Maintenance Engineer works closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of all building structures and equipment. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Main duties include day-to-day completion of preventive maintenance programs by following inspection procedures.
- Provide support in performing tenant service requests and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
