As an Intern, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist Project Managers with entering timesheets and maintaining accurate records
  • Support document management activities, including organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, drawings, correspondence, and compliance materials
  • Contribute to change order documentation and controls
  • Help prepare and track purchase orders
  • Maintain and organize reports, files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases (manual and electronic)
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, attending project meetings, taking minutes, and distributing summaries
  • Support the processing of employee expenses
  • Participate in work activities both in the office and at off‑site project locations
  • Engage in additional tasks or projects that enhance the overall learning experience
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Available May to August 2026.
  • Previous work or volunteer experience that showcases your strong attitude, teamwork skills, and eagerness to keep learning and growing.
  • Strong academic record with a passion for your field of study. Currently in their final year or approaching completion of a related degree or diploma program in one of the following academic disciplines:
    • Civil engineering / technician / technologist
    • Construction engineering technology
    • Construction management
    • Electrical engineering / technician / technologist
    • Estimating
    • Project management
