- Manage case intake and inbound work, ensuring all required information and materials are received
- Handle scheduling and coordination of cases throughout production
- Provide customer service support to dental offices via phone and email
- Perform case follow-up to ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Assist with invoicing and billing-related tasks
- Schedule deliveries and pickups with couriers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in lab systems
- Communicate proactively with internal departments to support on-time delivery
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (dental or healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (practice management or lab software a plus)
