This is your opportunity to lead a team of sharp and dedicated Sales Consultants. Previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants, help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level. Responsibilities include being a leader and providing focus for your Sales team, working directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process, building rapport with customers to establish a customer network, providing training and support to the sales staff and assisting in closing deals, helping manage productivity of the sales department, and facilitating regular sales training for continued team growth. Qualifications include dealership management experience, interest in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment, enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday, a clean driving record, willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, and possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
