The Role As an Analyst, you will collaborate with client teams to tackle crucial business challenges through comprehensive research, insightful analysis, and problem-solving strategies. Work You'll Do Analyze intricate data sets to discover insights that drive actionable business cases, yielding client savings and operational enhancements. Conduct in-depth research to comprehend client-driven contexts, industry trends, and specific problem statements. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address client challenges, delivering clear findings and recommendations. Collaborate with diverse teams to innovate and implement solutions that meet client needs and advance industry standards. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills for robust data analysis and visual representation. Prepare clear, concise deliverables for project leaders and client review. Engage actively in internal and client meetings, taking notes, asking clarifying questions, and presenting work segments when necessary. Maintain effective communication with project leaders and clients by providing progress updates and analytical insights. Exercise sound judgment in all communications with clients at all levels. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and organized work habits. Collaborate effectively with team members to support project success and enhance team culture. Apply feedback from mentors and peers to continuously strengthen consulting skills. Participate in training sessions, recruitment efforts, and team-building initiatives. Contribute to internal initiatives and projects that foster AArete's growth and innovative trajectory. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to develop technical skills (including SQL). A demonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies. A high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and organizational discipline. Strong problem-solving abilities using a logical and analytical approach. Capability to comprehend business and project objectives in order to create meaningful solutions for clients. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to engage directly with clients, including travel to client sites. Must be based in Chicago, IL, and work from our Chicago office as required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Preferred Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Professional background in consulting, analytics, or professional services. Experience and interest in healthcare, particularly in payer operations and data. Familiarity with AArete's focus industries: Pharmacy, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Higher Ed, or Technology & Professional Services. Discount programs for bike sharing. The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $74,000 to $82,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
