As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and expertly packaging them for shipment. Your precision and speed are crucial to ensuring our customers receive their products in excellent condition and on time. This role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment where Safety is a top priority. You will be trained on all safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the essential use of PPE. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with RF scanners and order picking systems is advantageous. We are looking for team players who are reliable and committed to exceeding expectations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists.
- Verify item accuracy using scanners.
- Package items securely for shipping.
- Label packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Meet established productivity goals.
- Follow all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Report any inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets.
- Capable of performing moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety standards.
- Willingness to use PPE.
