As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and expertly packaging them for shipment. This role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment where Safety is a top priority. You will be trained on all safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the essential use of PPE. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with RF scanners and order picking systems is advantageous. We are looking for team players who are reliable and committed to exceeding expectations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists.
- Verify item accuracy using scanners.
- Package items securely for shipping.
- Label packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Meet established productivity goals.
- Follow all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Report any inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets.
- Capable of performing moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety standards.
- Willingness to use PPE.
