Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Safely transport goods between different areas of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Ensure correct use of required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to meet logistics targets.
- Minimize product damage through careful operation and handling.
- Occasional tasks may require light Lifting, up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required, including operating machinery.
- Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
