Our client is an organization in the Dakota County area that's looking for an
Inventory Analyst.
Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who is highly adaptable. This company offers career growth & development opportunities, varied responsibilities, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.

The salary for this position is $70k - $90k.

The
Inventory Analyst
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the inventory lifecycle end-to-end, from demand planning and purchasing through receipt, allocation, and replenishment
  • Monitor, manage, and evaluate inventory levels to balance product availability, cash flow, and turnover while anticipating future ordering needs
  • Place and manage purchase orders with both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring accuracy, pricing compliance, and timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate inbound shipments and delivery timelines with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to meet business requirements
  • Partner closely with the sales team to provide regular inventory updates, support customer commitments, and align inventory strategy with sales forecasts
  • Proactively analyze market trends, sales data, and demand signals to inform buying decisions and optimize assortment planning
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management to drive strategic objectives and initiatives

The
Inventory Analyst
will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Expert level Excel skills and ability to quickly learn ERP and related reporting tools
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented
