HOMEstretch helps homeowners and real estate agents get homes market-ready with one simple solution—junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and cleaning—managed through one point of contact. We're growing fast in the Twin Cities and looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to expand our relationships with local agents and brokerages.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages to drive referrals and grow brand awareness
- Schedule and lead office presentations and partner meetings (brokerages, teams, allied partners)
- Prospect daily via calls, texts, email, and in-person outreach to introduce HOMEstretch and book meetings
- Represent HOMEstretch at networking events, meet & greets, and real estate industry gatherings
- Consult with homeowners and agents to understand needs and recommend the right services to get properties ready to sell
- Create and follow up on quotes, and move opportunities from interest → booked work
- Work closely with the owners to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and local growth plans
