Position: Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Location: Dunedin, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, file management, and maintaining organized records.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Provide timely updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Deadline Management: Proactively monitor transaction timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance. Address any potential issues that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing a positive experience throughout the transaction.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a real estate setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and real estate transaction management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real estate license or certification is a plus.
