Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused DTC Support Specialist to support our Direct-to-Consumer operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting multiple internal teams, and keeping day-to-day administrative operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Complete and manage administrative paperwork
- Coordinate and manage group reservations
- Organize VIP group visits in collaboration with the Sales Department
- Provide Wine Club and Tasting Room (TR) support as needed
- Provide coverage and assist guests at the Wine Bar or Store counter when needed
- Assist with staff training and onboarding support
- Order and organize office supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Create and distribute marketing emails for multiple departments
- Maintain and update team calendars, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met
- Set up and test promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality
Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in hospitality and customer service highly recommended
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working weekends
- Proficiency or ability to learn the following systems:
- WineDirect
- Tock
- Canva
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ShipCompliant
Full Time Weekend availability required
8:30am - 5:00pm
