Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused DTC Support Specialist to support our Direct-to-Consumer operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting multiple internal teams, and keeping day-to-day administrative operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete and manage administrative paperwork
  • Coordinate and manage group reservations
  • Organize VIP group visits in collaboration with the Sales Department
  • Provide Wine Club and Tasting Room (TR) support as needed
  • Provide coverage and assist guests at the Wine Bar or Store counter when needed
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding support
  • Order and organize office supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Create and distribute marketing emails for multiple departments
  • Maintain and update team calendars, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met
  • Set up and test promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in hospitality and customer service highly recommended
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working weekends
  • Proficiency or ability to learn the following systems:
  • WineDirect
  • Tock
  • Canva
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • ShipCompliant

Full Time Weekend availability required
8:30am - 5:00pm
