Position Summary:
The Service Technician will perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and warranty service tasks on projects and equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot construction-related issues independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service requests, repairs, and warranty work on completed construction projects
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general construction (based on skill set)
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of company equipment and job sites
• Complete work orders accurately with supporting documentation and photos
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations
• Maintain tools, work vehicle, and materials in clean, organized condition
• Respond to urgent service calls as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related trade
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as required
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with residential or commercial construction
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or equipment operation
• Familiarity with warranty service processes
• Preventive Maintenance
• Problem Solving Skills

Compensation: $18 - $35 depending on experience.
