Your Role as a BDR:

Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, and social media) to generate new business opportunities.

Identify key decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations.

Schedule qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams.

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Maintain and expand a growing database of prospects.

Collaborate with teammates to refine outreach strategies and improve results.

Work Hours & Location:

Location: In-office, Downtown Wilson, NC – Hybrid/Remote Available

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
