Sales Recruiter (D2D and High-Performance Reps)

We're hiring a proven Sales Recruiter who can consistently source and close strong door-to-door sales reps using social media, outbound messaging, and D2D networks. This role requires a true headhunter mindset, strong ATS and pipeline management, and the ability to help us build an on-the-ground recruiting presence at college job fairs across Ohio.

Compensation

  • $50,000 base + commission (per hire and tied to quality and retention)
  • Quarterly bonus + end-of-year bonus
  • President's Club eligibility

Work setup

  • Hybrid (Columbus-area) or Remote for the right person
  • Travel required for recruiting events and college job fairs across Ohio

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for D2D sales roles: source, screen, schedule, and close candidates
  • Use an ATS daily to track stages, notes, follow-ups, and conversion rates across the pipeline
  • Build a repeatable headhunting system: outbound DMs, text and call follow-ups, and referral loops
  • Source through Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and D2D communities
  • Maintain a pipeline that stays ahead of hiring needs, not reactive
  • Plan and execute recruiting efforts at college job fairs across Ohio
  • Set up booths, materials, talking points, and follow-up campaigns to convert event leads into interviews and starts
  • Report weekly on funnel KPIs: leads contacted, screens completed, interviews set, show rate, starts, and retained hires

Who you are

  • 2+ years recruiting commission-based sales reps, ideally D2D (solar, pest, alarms, telecom, roofing, home services)
  • Advanced comfort with ATS and pipeline management (stages, automation, tagging, reporting)
  • Strong outbound recruiter who can generate candidates without relying on applicants
  • Comfortable being in the field representing the company at events
  • High urgency, strong communication, and consistent follow-through

Must-haves

  • Proven hiring results with measurable metrics
  • ATS experience and ability to keep a clean, accurate pipeline
  • Headhunter mentality: volume outreach with quality screening
  • Willingness and ability to attend job fairs and recruiting events across Ohio

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience recruiting for D2D orgs (solar, pest, alarms, roofing)
  • Experience running college job fair recruiting from planning through post-event conversion
  • Experience recruiting team leaders and sales managers
