Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time office assistant to support daily administrative and outreach activities. This role mainly involves external phone and email communication, follow-ups, progress tracking, and basic information research. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls and send emails to external contacts such as vendors, partners, and service providers
- Follow up on communications and track progress or status
- Record and organize contact information, responses, and next steps
- Conduct basic online research and collect relevant information
- Organize documents, notes, and communication records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
Preferred but not required
- Previous administrative or office support experience
