Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time office assistant to support daily administrative and outreach activities. This role mainly involves external phone and email communication, follow-ups, progress tracking, and basic information research. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with external contacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls and send emails to external contacts such as vendors, partners, and service providers
  • Follow up on communications and track progress or status
  • Record and organize contact information, responses, and next steps
  • Conduct basic online research and collect relevant information
  • Organize documents, notes, and communication records
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email)
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours

Preferred but not required

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
