Welder Intern

We are looking for a motivated Welder Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and shop operations. This internship is ideal for students or entry-level candidates interested in learning MIG, TIG, stick welding, blueprint reading, and safety practices in a real industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior welders with MIG/TIG/Stick welding tasks
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces
• Set up welding equipment and tools under supervision
• Learn and follow welding symbols, measurements, and basic blueprints
• Support in assembling metal structures and components
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform basic quality checks on welded parts
• Follow company safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills
