Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to optimize clinic workflow.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist the owner with daily office functions.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments and billing inquiries.
- Coordinates office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or clinic setting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
