Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to plan menus that meet nutritional requirements and client preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of dietary needs.

- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition principles relevant to food service.
