The ideal candidate will have experience in dietary department or food service setting, and will be responsible for menu planning, meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to plan menus that meet nutritional requirements and client preferences.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of dietary needs.
