Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment.
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for powered equipment).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including aisles and workstations.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Commitment to safety and understanding of relevant PPE.
