Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for powered equipment).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including aisles and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and understanding of relevant PPE.
