Über
Data Analytics Manager
will lead a dedicated team of Data Analysts to enhance operational oversight and support strategic initiatives within Liberty's Customer Service and Strategy departments. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire data lifecycle, from data cleansing and transformation to reporting and facilitating informed decision-making. In this position, you will: Develop and implement data governance frameworks that elevate Customer Service operations. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security while automating and streamlining data processes. Lead and mentor Data and Benchmark Analysts utilizing various intelligent automation tools. Interpret data formulas, troubleshoot variances, and oversee project management to enhance the Customer Excellence Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and operational strategies, providing data-driven insights to leadership. Assist with budget management, cost control, and project prioritization. Identify opportunities for improving customer service delivery by implementing industry best practices and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (equivalent experience will be considered). 5+ years in the utility or regulated industry or in IT-related customer service roles. 3+ years of management experience.
