divh2Systems Analyst III Custom Applications/h2pWe are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III Custom Applications to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, IT teams, external partners, and business users to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and solutions within our approved technical stack./ppAs a technical leader, you will guide a team of developers in writing clean, maintainable code and ensure adherence to established standards. This position requires strong customer focus, business acumen, and the ability to configure and develop defined solutions. You will participate in cross-functional teams to analyze business problems, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to processes and systems./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliDesign, code, test, and document new custom applications and interfaces to meet business requirements./liliWrite clean, scalable code, integrate with databases, and ensure performance, security, and scalability standards./liliMonitor, support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to resolve issues and meet user requests./liliAssist with requirements gathering, planning, and design for new applications and enhancements./liliDevelop and maintain technical standards and ensure team compliance./liliPerform unit, integration, and regression testing; support user acceptance testing and performance tuning./liliHandle operational tasks such as reports, queries, data loads, and helpdesk requests./liliAssist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing./liliStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field./liliMinimum 10 years of application development and support experience with C#,.NET, and SQL./liliExpertise in C# and the.NET ecosystem./liliExperience with integration technologies (RFC, BAPI, IDoc, SOAP, REST, web services, OData)./liliStrong knowledge of OOP, REST APIs, and MVC architecture./liliExcellent debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex requirements into logical solutions./liliStrong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate across teams./liliExperience with cloud technologies, AI, and microservices architecture is a plus./liliJava experience is a plus./liliUtility industry experience is a nice-to-have./li/ulpstrongEssential Functions/strong/pulliEffective oral and written communication./liliStrong problem-solving skills./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment./li/ulpstrongTools Equipment/strong/pulliComputer/liliSmartphone/li/ulpstrongPhysical Demands Work Environment/strong/pullistrongSedentary work/strong : Primarily sitting with occasional standing and walking./liliVisual acuity for close work (e.g., computer use)./liliInside environmental conditions./li/ulpEssential Utilities, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
