We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together./ppThe Q2 Sales Team is looking for a highly motivated Relationship Development Specialist/Sales Development Representative to develop new business and manage relationships with community financial institutions in an assigned region. If you have great people skills, a proven track record in cold-calling and high energy, this is the position for you!/ppResponsibilities:/pulliProspect for new business via phone, email, and marketing campaigns/liliQualify inbound leads, leads from digital campaigns, tradeshows, and referrals/liliIdentify and understand prospect needs via detailed discovery meetings/liliAlign FI needs/goals with Q2 solutions to drive optimal value/liliParticipate in marketing events and trade shows/liliUpdate and ensure Salesforce database accuracy/liliAssist Regional Sales Managers with pricing proposals, product demonstrations, and prospect follow up/liliCreate, maintain, and deliver on strategic territory management plan/liliMaintain relationships with existing customers, prospects and partner vendors/liliResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to/li/ulpExperience and knowledge:/pulliTypically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent work experience./liliUnderstanding of and successful experience with complex sales process a plus/liliStrong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills a plus/liliEffective verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to prioritize and manage time efficiently/liliAbility to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with marketing, sales operations, and sales team members/liliStrong computer skills; proficient in all Microsoft Office solutions/liliPrior Salesforce.com experience a plus/liliExperience working in a highly autonomous and impact-driven environment/li/ulpThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
