Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new qualified leads within the
healthcare and medical construction market
within a 120-mile radius of Cary. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers managing multiple facilities, campuses, or healthcare locations.
- Understand client needs and position the company as a solutions-driven contractor known for on-time delivery, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, market insights, and business development efforts to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in business development, sales, or
