We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to help drive growth within the
healthcare and medical construction sector

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, securing new opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted contractor of choice throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new qualified leads within the
    healthcare and medical construction market
    within a 120-mile radius of Cary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers managing multiple facilities, campuses, or healthcare locations.
  • Understand client needs and position the company as a solutions-driven contractor known for on-time delivery, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
  • Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, market insights, and business development efforts to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in business development, sales, or
  • Cary, North Carolina, United States
