Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow department leads and supervisors across key operational areas.
  • Execute strategic initiatives that improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and unlock value.
  • Oversee performance metrics, production planning, and department deliverables.
  • Champion continuous improvement — drive process innovation and new capabilities.
  • Own key business reviews and partner with senior leadership on strategic planning.
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance and make impactful decisions.
  • Manage budgets and expenses while ensuring excellence in execution.

  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs — drive agility and responsiveness.

Qualifications We Look for:

  • Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
