Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow department leads and supervisors across key operational areas.
- Execute strategic initiatives that improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and unlock value.
- Oversee performance metrics, production planning, and department deliverables.
- Champion continuous improvement — drive process innovation and new capabilities.
- Own key business reviews and partner with senior leadership on strategic planning.
- Use data and analytics to measure performance and make impactful decisions.
- Manage budgets and expenses while ensuring excellence in execution.

- Adapt quickly to changing business needs — drive agility and responsiveness.
Qualifications We Look for:
- Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational planning skills.
