Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to coach and guide cross-functional agile teams operating in
large-scale, complex enterprise environments
. This role supports a fast-paced, high-impact program delivering business-oriented technology solutions.

The Scrum Master will ensure
agile best practices are consistently applied
, remove impediments, and foster a culture of
continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence
across Scrum and/or Kanban teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident facilitating teams, navigating enterprise complexity, and partnering effectively with PMO, business stakeholders, and technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across
    Scrum and/or Kanban
    teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Guide teams through the
    agile SDLC
    to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Identify, manage, and remove blockers and impediments to maintain team momentum
  • Coach team members on agile principles, continuous improvement, and high-performance behaviors
  • Partner closely with
    PMO, business stakeholders, and technology leaders
    to align priorities and execution
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery across teams
  • Support teams balancing competing business, technology, and delivery demands
  • Drive adoption of agile best practices while adapting to enterprise constraints

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience working as a
    Scrum Master
    or agile delivery lead in a
    large, complex enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of
    agile methodologies, frameworks, values, and delivery practices
  • Proven ability to
    coach, mentor, and develop high-performing agile teams
  • Experience facilitating multiple agile teams simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and PMO groups
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate agile concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional facilitation, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
