Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** and supply chain operations, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Store products in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and **safe** work environment.
  • Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Support various **logistics** functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory principles.
  • Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to upholding **safety** standards and proper **PPE** usage.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
