We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Store products in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and **safe** work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Support various **logistics** functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory principles.
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to upholding **safety** standards and proper **PPE** usage.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
