We collaborate with brokers and developers, providing upfront preconstruction and property due diligence to assess PIP renovation costs and establish deal feasibility and ROI. Our mission is to provide cost and schedule assurance, ensuring seamless project execution for our clients.
Innspace is looking for a Senior Associate, Account Development in Seattle or New York area to work closely with the Client Engagement team to manage owner groups and management company relations, present our services, identify opportunities, and hand over, qualified opportunities to our account management team. The goal is to help the team to drive sustainable financial growth and build strong relationships with our clients.
Accountabilities :
Business/Financial
  • Executing business development strategy in line with regional and local principal
  • Collaborating across disciplines to drive team performance for project handovers.
  • Supporting 80/20 conversion analysis locally to support business planning. 80% of our deal handovers being for full methodology of design, procurement and construction.

Client/Stakeholder
  • Supporting lead source analysis
  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment with client approach
  • Supporting the development of fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients.
  • Supporting the development of a local research strategy around research, identify and win clients with Client Relations and Regional Principals.
  • Mapping and following key client relationships (new, existing and previous contacts and firms)
  • Collaborate with Global Business Development team to identify and drive cross regional opportunities with target clients.

People/Team
  • Collaborating across disciplines regions and within studios
  • Contributing to the creation of a high preforming team

Job Specific - Operational Excellence, Risk etc.
  • Attending and driving lead management as scoped by the Directors.
  • Identifying and reporting risk to the Directors, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
  • Maintaining updated information in the CRM system
  • Executing the Business Development methodology, standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the Studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organization.

KPIs :
Business/Financial
  • Appointments, Events, Outreach, Opportunities and Deal Handovers in line with individual / team targets
  • Target the hotel owner groups and management companies and get them to understand our methodology and qualify the projects to get them handed over to our account management team.

Client/Stakeholder
  • Demonstrates creativity to achieve results
  • Business development initiatives reflect a high alignment to our brand
  • Business development local strategy deployed reflect high potential opportunities with target clients
