As Project Coordinator, you will support project managers and field teams by helping keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward. You will play a key role in communication, coordination, and administrative support across multiple construction projects.

What you will do

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.

• Assist with project documentation, contracts, submittals, and tracking logs.

• Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and project communications.

• Support vendor and subcontractor coordination and documentation.

• Track project related information and maintain organized project files.

• Assist with change order documentation and basic project reporting.

• Communicate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.

What we are looking for

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

• 1 plus years of experience in construction, project coordination, or administrative support.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and follow up skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with project teams.
