As Project Coordinator, you will support project managers and field teams by helping keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward. You will play a key role in communication, coordination, and administrative support across multiple construction projects.
What you will do
Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
Assist with project documentation, contracts, submittals, and tracking logs.
Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and project communications.
Support vendor and subcontractor coordination and documentation.
Track project related information and maintain organized project files.
Assist with change order documentation and basic project reporting.
Communicate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.
What we are looking for
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
1 plus years of experience in construction, project coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and follow up skills.
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with project teams.
