Shift: FT/PT | 12-hour shifts (2 Openings)
- 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
Weekly Availability: Monday–Friday and weekends
Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Home Care Department at Peachtree Hills Place provides compassionate, person-centered support to Members in their homes. This role ensures safety, comfort, and continuity of care while promoting independence and dignity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Care & Hygiene
- Assist with bathing, showers, grooming, shaving, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Support safe transfers and mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning as needed.
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
- Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Health Monitoring
- Check and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
- Perform basic testing such as urine collection when required.
- Safety & Comfort
- Observe Members' conditions and report changes to the nursing supervisor promptly.
- Utilize available resources to support comfort and wellbeing.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Complete required forms, logs, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and infectioncontrol standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Member information.
- Professional Development
- Stay current in job knowledge through continuing education, reading professional materials, and keeping licensure active.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA Certification/License in the State of Georgia
