Shift: FT/PT | 12-hour shifts (2 Openings)

  • 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.

Weekly Availability: Monday–Friday and weekends

Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Home Care Department at Peachtree Hills Place provides compassionate, person-centered support to Members in their homes. This role ensures safety, comfort, and continuity of care while promoting independence and dignity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Care & Hygiene

  • Assist with bathing, showers, grooming, shaving, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Support safe transfers and mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning as needed.
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Serve meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
  • Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
  • Health Monitoring
  • Check and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
  • Perform basic testing such as urine collection when required.
  • Safety & Comfort
  • Observe Members' conditions and report changes to the nursing supervisor promptly.
  • Utilize available resources to support comfort and wellbeing.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete required forms, logs, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and infectioncontrol standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Member information.
  • Professional Development
  • Stay current in job knowledge through continuing education, reading professional materials, and keeping licensure active.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active CNA Certification/License in the State of Georgia
  • Atlanta, Georgia, United States
