Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
  • Verify order accuracy and product quality before packing.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain organized and clean work stations and the overall warehouse.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and use required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Identify and report any issues with inventory or order discrepancies.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Experience with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Interest in the logistics and supply chain field is beneficial.
