Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Verify order accuracy and product quality before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain organized and clean work stations and the overall warehouse.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Identify and report any issues with inventory or order discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Proven ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Experience with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Interest in the logistics and supply chain field is beneficial.
