What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
• Adapt to fast-changing guidelines while assisting customers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively while speaking on the phone and using a computer
• Must be able to pass a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
