What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines while assisting customers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while speaking on the phone and using a computer
- Must be able to pass a background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
