Responsibilities
Greeting and supporting guests with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointments, phones, and client flow
Actively selling: Wellness memberships, Packages, Salon upgrades, and add-ons
Handling unexpected situations with communication and initiative
Supporting both salon and wellness operations
Important Expectations
Communication is non-negotiable — especially in emergencies
Feedback is part of growth, not a personal attack
Accountability and teamwork are essential
This role requires emotional maturity and resilience
