Responsibilities

• Greeting and supporting guests with warmth and professionalism

• Managing appointments, phones, and client flow

• Actively selling: Wellness memberships, Packages, Salon upgrades, and add-ons

• Handling unexpected situations with communication and initiative

• Supporting both salon and wellness operations

Important Expectations

• Communication is non-negotiable — especially in emergencies

• Feedback is part of growth, not a personal attack

• Accountability and teamwork are essential

• This role requires emotional maturity and resilience

• Avoids feedback

• Shuts down when corrected

• Dislikes sales conversations

• Needs constant direction

• Struggles with responsibility
