We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our busy warehouse in Richmond! If you are energetic, reliable, and looking for a hands-on role in logistics, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning technology.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Package items safely and securely using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team productivity targets.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and using PPE correctly.
- Basic understanding of inventory management concepts is helpful.
