Job Summary:
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our busy warehouse in Richmond! If you are energetic, reliable, and looking for a hands-on role in logistics, this is the opportunity for you. You will play a key part in our order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping out orders. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning technology.
  • Verify order details to ensure accuracy before shipment.
  • Package items safely and securely using appropriate materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team productivity targets.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
  • Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and using PPE correctly.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management concepts is helpful.
