Titan Tech is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering IT support/services for small to medium-sized businesses in the Cincinnati / NKY area. We're looking for a MSP IT Administrator to join our growing team
About the Role:
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 IT support for clients, primarily remote support from our Mason office with occasional on-site visits.
- Perform IT projects such as PC setups, server upgrades, cloud migrations, office moves, network hardware upgrades, and full IT infrastructure build-outs.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Work on networking and security infrastructure, including firewall configurations, VPN setups, and wireless deployments.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT environments, troubleshooting steps, and project work.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5 years in a previous IT job
- Experience with computer and networking troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with camera systems and access control is a plus.
- Experience operating power tools and scissor lifts is a plus.
- Experience with structured cabling and conduit work is a plus.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
