Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of logistics and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and correct PPE usage.
