As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to our daily operations, handling tasks such as receiving and processing inbound merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety and PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of logistics and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
  • Commitment to a safe work environment and correct PPE usage.
